For our kids.
Our students deserve a quality education in facilities that are safe, secure and meet the state standards for size and educational adequacy. Our schools should provide a long-term technology infrastructure to meet the needs of today’s and future learners. Education in Hermantown should advance with smart classrooms that use space efficiently and enable better learning in an environment that meets air quality and health standards.
For our future.
The adopted facilities plan was developed by a group of more than 100 Hermantown parents, teachers and staff, business people, retirees and concerned residents working together to continue Hermantown’s great tradition of pride and educational excellence. The group spent hundreds of hours studying the district's current education and financial issues and developed a plan that addresses our most pressing needs while positioning us for the future.
An investment in great schools is an investment in the future of Hermantown. Great schools attract families and businesses to Hermantown and keeps people in our community. A thriving community sustains our property values and allows us to maintain the quality of life we all enjoy in Hermantown.
